We only offer delivery in Canada.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free with a minimum purchase of 75$ before taxes and after application of a promotional code.

For CHOVAIN masks and makeup products orders under 75$, we have a flat rate of 8$, regardless of the value of the package.

For Rodolphe & Co orders under 75$, we have a fixed rate of 14,95$, whatever the value of the package.

 

How long will it take to receive my package?

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit cards, Visa, MasterCard and Paypal payments.

 

What is your return policy?.

Returns and Exchanges

 

CHOVAIN products can be returned within 7 days after the reception of the order to the following address: CHOVAIN 311-5410 rue Saint-André H2J 0A1, according to the original method of payment. We do not accept items that have been opened and/or used. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

My products have been damaged during transport, what should I do?

If you received your order with a damaged item, please contact us by email at info@chovain.com with a photo of the different products. We ask you to send us this request within 7 days of receiving the package. Any request made after this period will not be taken into account.
