What is CHOVAIN?

CHOVAIN is a free mobile application that allows you to book your beauty services at home or in a salon. You can download it from the AppStore or Google Play.

What services do you offer?

We offer a variety of services for men and women.

- Hairdressing: haircut, blow dry, hair color, barber and braids

- Makeup: everyday, wedding, event and photo shoot makeup

- Nails: manicure, pedicure, refills, removal

- Eyelashes & eyebrows: waxing, lift, tint, microblading, eyelashes extensions.

- Aesthetics: facial, wax, spray-tan, microneedling, teeth whitening

We offer our services in Montréal.

I have a promotional code, how can I use it?

Simply enter the promotional code in the space provided when you make your reservation. The amount will be automatically deducted.

 

There are no professionals available for the service I want, what should I do?

If there are no professionals available for the service you want at the time you require, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@chovain.com.

I would like to make a reservation for a group, is it possible?

What is your cancellation policy?

Please note that we apply the cancellation policy described below:

• for cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the appointment: no charge;

• for cancellations made within 24 hours to 4 hours prior to the appointment: 50% fee;

• for cancellations made 4 hours or less prior to the appointment (including no-show): 100 % fee.
